THE ONE also acknowledges that Data Subjects (you) have certain rights concerning Personal Data and that THE ONE has legal responsibility to ensure that it has procedures in place pertaining to how Personal Data is handled and to ensure adherence to privacy laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In order for THE ONE to be able to provide its “Services”, it is necessary for THE ONE to process your Personal Data. If you are not in agreement with this Privacy Policy, please do not provide THE ONE with any Personal Data.
Consent: Freely given, specific, informed and explicit consent by statement or action signifying agreement to the processing of their personal data.

Personal data: Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. Different pieces of information, which collected together can lead to the identification of a particular person, also constitute personal data. Personal data that has been de-identified, encrypted or pseudonymised but can be used to re-identify a person remains personal data and falls within the scope of the law. Personal data that has been rendered anonymous in such a way that the individual is not or no longer identifiable is no longer considered personal data. For data to be truly anonymised, the anonymisation must be irreversible. The law protects personal data regardless of the technology used for processing that data – it’s technology neutral and applies to both automated and manual processing, provided the data is organised in accordance with pre-defined criteria (for example alphabetical order). It also doesn’t matter how the data is stored – in an IT system, through video surveillance, or on paper; in all cases, personal data is subject to the protection requirements set out in the GDPR.

Data Subjects: are a natural person whose personal data is processed by a controller or processor
Data Controllers: the entity that determines the purposes, conditions and means of the processing of personal data
Data Processors: the entity that processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller.
Data Processing: Processing covers a wide range of operations performed on personal data, including by manual or automated means. It includes the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of personal data wholly or partly by automated means as well as to non-automated processing, if it is part of a structured filing system.

Website: means the website that you are currently using (www.findtheone.ch) and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
THE ONE appreciates your rights, as outlined below, pertaining to your Personal Data. THE ONE only requests you to provide THE ONE with Personal Data needed for its lawful business purposes and to enable THE ONE to provide Services to its members, prospective members, its clients and prospective clients. When you connect / interact with THE ONE, you provide some Personal Data to THE ONE indirectly.
If a Data Subject contacts THE ONE directly by means of electronic mail Personal Data transmitted by the Data Subject is automatically stored. This type of Personal Data, which has been voluntarily submitted to the Data Controller, is stored for the reasons of processing or contacting the data subject.
Your provision of consent and Personal Data to THE ONE is voluntary and when you provide information to THE ONE, you are entrusting the information to us for processing. THE ONE however does require certain/specific/mandatory information from you, which it deems necessary in order to be able to provide, and improve its Services. If you therefore do not provide THE ONE with this requested information, THE ONE may not be able to support you adequately and you may not be able to participate in/ engage in some of /all of THE ONE’s Services. You have the option as to whether or not to provide non-mandatory information and can opt out of non-essential communications and unsubscribe to info@kellybrandli.com.
There are some limitations to the amount of privacy we can guarantee Data Subjects. THE ONE needs to process certain Personal Data to be in compliance with the law and to meet contractual and/or statutory and legal obligations. If THE ONE is not provided with certain information, this will restrict THE ONE’s ability to assist you with introduction opportunities, for example.
THE ONE limits access to Personal Data and limits the processing thereof as much as possible, as well as takes reasonable steps to protect it.

Under the GDPR, no fee is payable and we will provide any and all information requested free of charge.

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, Data Subjects consent that THE ONE, may store, transfer, change and delete all personal data in connection with this relationship and share any relevant personal data with relevant business parties to the extent this is required for the purposes listed below.

To provide and administer “Services” to members, clients, other Matchmakers and Introduction agencies and to expand our business

With your permission, and were permitted by law, we may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by e-mail, social media or text message with information, promotional offers, news other information related to our Services.
To confirm and share important information such as communicating changes regarding THE ONE’s Terms and Conditions, policies or to communicate in the event of an emergency or other (such as last minute cancellation of a date)
To enable THE ONE to compile a profile about you so that THE ONE can identify / match potential partners and make introduction decisions
